30-day returns on unused equipment, full manufacturer warranty coverage
30-Day Return Policy
Unused units in original packaging may be returned within 30 days of delivery. Installed or custom-order units are non-returnable.
Return Process
- Contact [email protected] within 30 days with your order number and reason for return
- Our team will provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number
- Ship the unit in its original packaging with the RMA number clearly marked
- Customer is responsible for return freight costs
- Refund processed within 5-7 business days of receipt and inspection
Manufacturer Warranty
All generators include full manufacturer warranty. Because we are an authorized dealer, your warranty is fully honored by the manufacturer's service network. Warranty terms vary by brand:
- Generac: 5-year limited warranty on most standby models
- Kohler: 5-year / 2,000-hour limited warranty on standby
- Cummins: 2-year standard warranty on commercial units
- Briggs & Stratton: 5-year limited on standby; 2-year on portable models
Warranty Claims
Warranty claims are handled directly with the manufacturer through their authorized service network. As an authorized dealer, your purchase is registered with the manufacturer and eligible for their full service program. We can help facilitate warranty claims if needed — contact us with your order number and a description of the issue.
Damaged Goods
If your generator arrives damaged, note all visible damage on the carrier's delivery receipt before signing. Take photographs and contact us within 48 hours at [email protected]. Do not attempt to use or install a damaged generator. We will initiate a freight claim and arrange a replacement or refund.
