Free Freight Shipping

All orders over $499 qualify for free standard freight shipping to the continental United States. Liftgate delivery is included on heavy equipment at no additional charge.

Shipping Speed

• In-stock items: Ship within 1-3 business days from the nearest distribution center
• Special order / made-to-order: 2-4 weeks depending on manufacturer and model
• Industrial generators (100kW+): May require 4-8 weeks lead time

How Freight Delivery Works

Large generators ship via LTL (Less Than Truckload) freight carriers on pallets. A commercial delivery address is recommended for generators — residential deliveries may require additional coordination with the carrier.

All shipments are fully insured with tracking provided. You will receive tracking information via email once your order ships.

• East Coast: 3-5 business days
• Midwest: 2-4 business days
• South: 3-5 business days
• West Coast: 5-7 business days

Inspection on Delivery

Inspect all packaging before signing the delivery receipt. Note any visible damage on the carrier's Bill of Lading. If the packaging appears significantly damaged, you may refuse delivery. Contact us immediately if you discover damage so we can initiate a freight claim.
